The extrusion heads model TEPB are suitable for pipes in r-PVC, f-PVC and ABS. KC produces co-extrusion heads up to 5 layers for the production of pipes intended for various sectors. It has also tuned a range of heads with radial inlet for sheathing purposes.

The control of vacuum and water temperature is essential to produce the diameters and thicknesses required by the regulations in force, for such reason, KC installs, on its calibration troughs, manual or automatic devices for the vacuum control, together with filters and regulators for water flow and temperature.All troughs are built in stainless steel and the used components assure a long operation life, without any expensive maintenance requirements.
